Hi,

I want to make an investment in properties in Bangalore. Looking at the prices, seems like there is a list of top tier builders (brigade, mantri, sobha, prestige etc.) who charge a premium. Hence, I want to explore projects by slightly less reputed buiders (a few names that I could find include SJR, Kolte Patil) who still have decent track record but charge a smaller premium. Wondering if folks on this forum could help me with some names. Problem is that when I check the ads, being new to bangalore, I have no way of knowing who this builder is and what reputation he carries.
