Hi Harsh,
Did you go ahead with booking at Sagar Niwas? Builder and quality of construction looks okay to me and they have promised to provide OC as well.  I am planning to book an apartment there.
let me know if you have booked it already.

I have been with GRC from past five years, it is smooth ride with them whatever the problems we have faced after the completion of the project, they were always supportive, friendly, and stood with us like a family. I respect them for the kind of quality work they do. Truly I am very happy with GRC.
