Greenage (Near Silk Board)
I recently moved to Bangalore with the Intention of Buying and living in my own house. I am looking or a property around Sarjapur Road/Silk Board. Of all the projects I liked Greenage (Salarpuria Sattva) at Hosur road and Purva Skywood in harlure road.
Of the two I am leaning to Greenage as its better connected and likely to have lesser water related problems.
Is my thinking about the water problem right , please throw some light?
Secondly a 2BHK at Greenage is likely to cost about 75+ and a 3 BHK about 90+. Are these prices justifiable. I feel its high, but much lesser projects ( in quality) seem to demand the same. The 3 BHK just about seems out of reach. Perhaps if this is a good buy, I may try to negotiate had or streh myself.
Please advise.

Greenage phase II is running an offer wherein you pay 20%, rest 80% is disbursed to the builder on loan, and the builder pays the pre-emi till possession. This offer may not last too long.
