Greenage Phase-II

Prelaunch of Greenage Phase-II is expected to happen soon. What is your view on this project. Is it better than prestige ferns residency? Price could be little higher than prestige.

Greenage phase II is running an offer wherein you pay 20%, rest 80% is disbursed to the builder on loan, and the builder pays the pre-emi till possession. This offer may not last too long.
