I plan to buy a 3BHK (1400-1500sqft) in Bangalore, preferably in Whitefield, Sarjapur, Kengeri locations. My budget is constrained to 35-40 lakhs, with project completion in 2013-14. I will be delighted to receive feedbacks and suggestions from others prospective buyers who will be interested in group buying to fetch some price benefits.
