Hi Sir,
Group of 15 people looking to buy 2 Acres Land and planning to make layout near to Dommasandra.
a) Could you please let me know how many acres should be there minimum to get the approval of BMRDA?
b) If we get the Gramatana approval, are we eligible to get the site loan or composite loan?
c) Which is the better way to proceed further, could you please advice?

Your layout should adhere to the zoning regulations specified at BMRDA Bye Laws. For Gramathana approval getting a plot loan would not be possible, however banks will give a composite loan.
