I am planning to buy a 3 BHK in GVK Genesis Ecosphere (E-City). I couldn’t find much reviews about this project. I went and saw this project, Looks OK. Can you please provide your expert comments about this project.

Is it a ready to move in project, do you work in Electronic City. Are you looking at it as an investment or for your own use. What is the rate offered?
I don’t have much details about GVK builders, but probably if you provide more details somebody could share their views.
