We get better info from this site, but my suggestion is this can be still design in better way to search properties, navigation, requirements, details on plots. We always goes to search for a keyword in search box, than this items should be available in check box so that users can choose according to their requirements. Try to upload plots data is possible.

Hi Lenson, I have implemented a tag cloud in the Home Page which should allow you to narrow down on projects by keywords.
