Hi,  i am planning to take apartment in BSR paradise behind the prestige sunny side. is there any body bought in BSR paradise? what is opinion on area and appreciation? One of compound wall for BSR paradise is prestige sunny side wall..is there any issues with this( sunny side is high rise and bsr paradise is 5 floor only)?
