High Tension Cable runs above the site

Can we buy a site which has high tension cable runs above it. Actually 30*40 site at bangalore which seems to have High tension cable at the back side of the portion. Looks like we need to give up 5*30 while constructing.

Can we buy this site, any potential problems like heath with high tension cable? Thanks!!

Can anyone reply and clarify me?

Is it worth to buy that plot? Does it have resale value? can we construct a house? Would we get the approval to construct?
