I have been born and brought up in Bangalore and I know this place very well. my parents ancestral is in yelanka which is not that far from the main city. we had no problem then as we had our own transport. but now there are a number of public transport too. but we thought of buying more property on Bangalore for my brother and me. as we resided over here so we knew what is good and what things we should keep in mind. before we thought of investing we didn’t knew that devanhalli is that developed. We researched a bit on devanhalli as it was near to my current workplace. Then we came up with the name House of Hiranandani.When I was a kid I have seen how barren it was and now when we visited that place for our booking it was totally transformed. Hiranandani has done some really good work over here. we were thinking of investing in a 5BHK. Their way of working is totally transparent. they helped us with our loan procedure. helped us to fix the EMI and tenure of the loan. Their paper were correct and they were ready to show any paper we wanted to see. this project is really good. Hiranadan has projects for each and every kind of project. so it is pretty cool and I really think that you should give it a try too.

i really think that devanhalli is a great place to invest . it is quite and serene but at the same time well connected to the main city. during our housing hunting me and my husband checked out almost every township project in the outskirts of Bangalore but none amazed us . we decide to have a look at the house of hiranadani project in devanhallli . by the end, we settle to a 2bhk in their township. it may be on the outskirts but this company is giving some really great amenities over which as good as any modern township. we really think devanahlli would be our home sweet home for the next several years

i have been in the real estate industry from the last 8 years. so i know that with a massive township project there will be some rumors floating around. it is not like i am not supporting house of hiranadani it is just that it is very easy to spread such kind of rumors.  if you are interested in buying an apartment in house of hiranandani then it is better that you get the info by yourself . by going to the site and do the enquiry you want. house of hiranadani has done some pretty good work in Mumbai and Chennai so that means they know how to make things possible.

devanhalli is a great place to invest. it has the second largest airport in india and there are some really great upcoming projects and as it is near to the obviously you are going to get some really nice neighborhood wit all the basic necessities. the house of hiranadani project is located near by so you won have connectivity issue too. i think this project is really cool.
