Hi,

Would like to know how are the VAT and Service Tax calculated for an apartment.

Assume my super built up area = 1300 sq.ft

Cost per sqft = 3100

UDS = 550

Car Parking = 200000

Basic cost  = (1300 * 3100) = 4030000

Total cost = Basic cost + car parking = 4230000

Any clarification of the above is greatly appreciated.
