I am very much keen in learning as what are the various ways one can try to able to find the seller of the apartment directly and avoid broker/builder?

Its not that I am against brokerage but then the brokers never give you the complete information and try to sell out of artificial demand and crisis.

Any other smart suggestion would help.

We have websites like commonfloor and so many other real estate sites but still the percentage of ads from direct owner is very less.

I am looking to buy a 1BHK (722 sq. ft.) apartment in Prestige Tranquility. Since all the 1BHKs are sold out so I am looking for a resale option a ofcourse would want to find the owner directly and avoid brokers/builder.
