I was interested in buying a 3BHK with Hoysala Ace. But the cost is crossing 1cr. I’m not sure about the current pricing trend in this area. Also, can you give some review on builder. Also howz the location of Ace in terms o water scarcity, commute and other daily problems.

Also I need information about some good projects in 60-80 lacs range. (3bhk of 1800sqft approx)
