I have visited the project SEKHAR HYDE PARK, but not much Idea about developer any review?

I visited the site and the nearby projects. And going by their previous projects, they have done decently in them. I would not be surprised if they increase their prices.
They say the apartment would be ready by somewhere between november-december 2015. That means you can start living there from that time, but handover of the complete apartment with all amenities would be done between April-June 2016.
I have already booked here and would be getting their documents verified soon.
Will keep you guys posted on how it goes.

I Recently visited Sekhar Hyde Park. Executives are very nice, they explained thoroughly in detailed.We visited across all the projects surrounding also, very truly this is the only project we liked it. Very soon we are planning to buy this through Bank loan. The construction is very nice.
