Am looking at a property for investment purpose and below are the details:
Budget : 75 – 85 Lakhs for a 3BHK with approximate 1300 – 1500 sq feet
Location : Hoodi, Whitefield
Project Shortlisted : Gajanana Sumuk by Samarth Reality Developers
Should be ready within 6-8 Months.
The current questions in my mind, request your advice in clarifying them:
1) Is this project a Go ahead ?
2) Does the builder reliable, also is the title papers clear (OC, CC, A-Katha) ?
3) Any other project recommendations for the similar budget and location?
