Yesterday I had one round of discussion with the builder. But am still waiting for better deal as the project is in beginning stage. I think more than 7 bookings are there but i dont think no agreement have been made so far. The only concern is they have 5 land owners it seems, we need to thoroughly check the titles with a lawyer if the booking is done. Please share me your mobile number at

Pls check the eralier apartments done by the builder, Innovative Petal which is nearby. THe builder has given posession to Block A 1.5yrs back. Still he has not completed any of the amenities. There is no proper drive way. Parking is not alloted. Also he is not commiting on any dates for the promised amenities. Just ensure all these things before u book in Aqua Front. He has taken all the money in advance and now he is not showing any interest in Innovative Petal for the past 1 year.

Hello i have booked 2 bhk apartment in innovative aqua front in E block the possession is May 2015.2 of my friends who have booked here have already verified the papers.Looks okay.

I am also planning to buy a flat in the society. However, the builder is not promising the Occupancy certificate which is mandatory for A khata. Also, is the building constructed on the lake bed?
How is the construction quality?
