Hi Ankan, My Name is Keshav Karmakar. I am looking to purchase/invest on a property at Panathur Outer Ring Road and I’ve seen a project there named “S.V BRINDAVANAM”.

I’ve seen your post/comment about “S.V BRINDAVANAM”  at Panathur, Outer Ring Road and it looks like you did quite enough research about this project. I’ve seen some of the projects at that same location like SLS Sunrise, SLS Saphire, Chourasia Manor Phase II, Vandana Tejyesh and so on. Some projects are committing CC, OC and A-Khata Flats in quite cheap prices but I’ve doubts on those projects/builders for what they are committing after reading about their previous projects by the owners.

I am totally confused what to believe and what to not.  I am only looking for genuine property with CC, OC and A-KHATA property (Mandatorily) and I’ve found “S.V BRINDAVANAM” quite interesting project who are committing all those documents. Price they are asking is bit high but may be we can negotiate.

So if you can share your valuable opinion about the project and can share your number with me so that I can contact you to know more about the project details. It will be very helpful and appreciable and can guide me towards right path.
