Investing in Provident welworth 3BHK, Doddaballapur road, Bangalore

Hi,

I am looking for investing in a 3BHK in Provident group’s Welworth city on the Doddaballapur main road, Bangalore. I would like to know if this is good for investment purpose. They are quoting around 30 Lakhs for a 1100 sq.ft, 3BHK.

Also, what rent can I expect for this property as of now ?

I have also seen Arun Patios near yelahanka but they r quoting little more than 40 L for a 3BHK. Which one would be an ideal property for investment, Arun Patios or Provident Welworth city ? Please share your thoughts.

Anywhere in bangalore, we can get rent of 8k-10k anytime.

so invest. i had booked 3BHK at 35L … now i saw the price is increased to 42L

Prestige is constructing villas and apt there. just diagonally to welworth. so area has scope of development.
