I am planning to buy a Villa in Ridgewood which is close to Sarjapur on the national highway 207. I see a lot of villa projects in that area – some are DTCP and some are BMRDA approved. Is DTCP the equivalent of BMRDA ? Is there any other advantage in that location ? Any other review comments appreciated.
