I saw the Empyrean site. Phase 1 is nearing completion and layout looks fine. Road from Sarjapur town to Empyrean was also good. I have not checked the Whitefield route. My question is whether this is a good property for investment with a longer term horizon in mind ? Pl advise. Thanks
