Is KSR Basil at Budigere good to buy?

Hello team,

I am looking to buy an apartment for my use. Saw KSR Basil which is quoting  1216 sqft 2BHK for 34lakhs.

Is this a good project?

Hi

I have also have visited the project very recently and not quiet sure whether this would be a good buy. Any insights by experts would be good. They seem to running an offer until 30/09 for K & L Block.

Sir,

 

Kindly do let me know the cons that is worrying you to buy at basil even at such a good offer and this project is coming under RERA which itself is a good sign to goahead.
