Is Satellite Town Ring Road approval authority approved sites covered within the NGT order based distance for lake and kaluve ?

Will STRR authority approved layouts come under the National Green Tribunal order for distance for lakes and Kaluves?

If  a layout is approved in 2017, is it supposed to meet 2016 NGT order  (site is not of BDA/BBMP, only BMRDA or STRR area)  ?  If site is not having  adequate distance from drain as per NGT order, will it stop from getting construction approval for the house to be constructed in the site?

Any Government clarification regarding these ?
