dont ever go for this project ..the builder will be friendly only till u book…after booking they will make changes here and there to save their money without informing you..they have hired goons and they will tell that u need to talk to them for any change..these goons will fight with u after not working as per the design they had proposed…construction quality is also very poor.. only tiles and fitting will be of gud quality but construction is of extremely bad quality….cracks have started appearing in the walls…..one of my friend is regreting after purchasing flat with them..

I don’t think Kapils review is genuine, please visit the site and talk to the builder before making such statements. I won a flat in this project and I believe the quality of construction this builder is providing with the price is very difficult to find in Bangalore. I have compared the construction quality with Ozone and Purva and also checked almost all available properties with big builders and if you compare the carpet area and construction quality, this project is far ahead of any other small builder’s project in Bangalore. This project is SBI approved now and am the first person to initiate the approval and now few others are also in processing phase. As we all know SBI approve only clean and genuine projects but the processing is very slow and as I was the first applicant the approval took close to three months and you won’t believe the builder charged nothing for the delay, though he was behind me for the payment and as per agreement I was supposed to pay 4% but finally he told we don’t charge any interest to our customers. This project is almost completed now and anybody can check the construction quality and post their genuine comments. Please don’t simply post negative reviews and Mr. Syed Bilal (Builder) is a very genuine person and please visit SBI Indiranagar PBB branch to check the project approval letter for J Sons Felicia and also visit http://www.facebook.com/groups/398322300257190/ to communicate with other owner of Felicia project.

Hi, I have purchased a flat in Jsons Felicia. But looking at above reviews I didn’t consider Kapil Bansal feedback initially, but now whatever Kapil has said its absolutely 100% true.

1. they charged extra money for the mistakes which they did during the construction.

2. Kapil rightly mentioned ‘They hired Goons’. They have some 3 engineers who take care of individual flats repairs, Modification etc.., but all 3 are good for nothing. Following up for few small work in my flat for more than 2 months but no update from them. They just come to the site and they just waste time.

3. Construction quality is also very poor, leakage in all bathroom ceiling in all 60 flats.

4. Builder is very selfish to sell extra car parking to make more money, builder sold around 8 car parking extra. Due to this flat owners are losing common car parking area.

5. In my life time I never saw any apartment with more than 10 gates J but Jsons apartment has multiple gates.

6. completion date is actually march 2013, but it’s not completed yet.

7. We flat owners had multiple meetings with MD and Mangers, but no response from them after the meetings and those meetings are waste of time.

People who are planning to purchase flats, never ever go to Jsons builders, waste of money, waste of time and you take more tension.
