buddy – avoid that project. It was launched almost 2-3 years back. I was interested in that project in 2011-12. Dropped it as few of my friends who stay in Tata Sherwood (next door) told me that area is pathetic – no water at all. bad roads. Huge traffic jams. The surrounding area has not seen any property appreciation at all. Even rentals are stagnating. I again visited east parade few months back, no progress at all. The prices have been increased though. They are having hard time selling the project. rest is upto you. good luck.
