I visited east parade today morning. quality of construction seems good. location also looks good. Surprised why they havent been able to sell any. I have heard the project was launched 2-3 years back. Is that because the area faces severe water crisis? or is it because of the terrible traffic condition during peak hours on that road. please share your views. cheers !
