Jana Jeeva Splendour – I & II

Hi,

I got brochure for Jana Jeeva Splendour – I and II at Rayasandra Gate, Naganathpura,
Hosaroad, Bangalore – 560 100. Looks to me good and they are charging Rs. 2900/sft. and they have big SBA flats. Anybody visited the site and/or any opinion for this builder/project? I have seen they already have 4-5 older projects done already (2 in CV Raman Nagar, 1 in BTM etc.). Anybody booked here?

An early response will be very helpful.

In some  other forums, it was mentioned as this project has B khata.

But as per the builder, PSU banks like SBI, LIC approves loan for this project. PSU banks sanctions loan only for A khata properties.

Is it good to buy one here? any opinions
