This is to remind you that it is almost 2 years that we have an agreement to register the site at JR Urbania South Block within 6 months time. I am trying to call you since last 2-3 weeks but seems like you are too busy to take the call and that is the reason I have to write here.

I and maybe many others like me wants to know the release order status for JR Urbania South Block.

Also, please let us know the planned and on-going development activities in JR Urbania project.

I remember some time back you mentioned about the BWSSB water pipeline through JR Urbania to connect KHB layout, what is the status on that.

Also, the clubhouse work is not yet started? It has been more than 4 years that the project is launched. What is your plan to start club house construction? We have paid the club house charges upfront at the time of registration. We should see atleast some progress on that.

Also, we have paid 3 years maintenance charges upfront. I wanted to know since the project is not yet completed, since when these maintenance charges will be applicable. At the time of booking and registration we were told that it will start from the day the project is completely done.

Kindly clarify all the questions above. Your response will be highly appreciated.
