K R puram Confident Group Pre launch Villa Sites

Hi Harsha

    Can you pls share your valuable opinion related to Confident Group Pre launch in K.R. Puram Villa sites near by Garden city college.  They infomed me about the price of 3200 per square feet for west facing and for East and North , they are quoting around 3400.  Is it right price to invest ?  Please share your opinion.  Thank You.

Any idea about the location ?

1. How far it is from upcoming Metro stations ?

2. How far it is from ITPL ?

3. How far from Indiranagar & old madras road ?

Overall, any idea about connectivity and future appreciation ?
