Do we have any feedback about the property? Are all legal approvals in place?

I am considering to book one shortly here.

I have booked a flat in regalia and heard that from HDFC and SBI folks that legal aspects is clear.

Really impressed with the flat which i got from Keerthi estates which is in 100% Vaasthu. The tiles which they used in bathroom are of good in quality. They did not compromise in quality of construction. With the price i paid i got a very high standard quality flat that to in a good location.
