What is the psqft rate they are quoting now. I heard its 4450 . What is the  persqft rate after the max bargain ?? 🙂

Hi all, I visited Keerthi Surya Shakti Towers in August 2nd week only, but because of price I dropped my plan. Just came to know that they have launched one more project in Marathalli, project name called “Surya Shakti 80Trees”. And even in pre-launch their price is quite good comparing to KSST. They are quoting there 3750/- per sft, and i also came to know that comparing to Keerthi, Surya Shakti people are very disciplined in construction work regularly. So I am in final stage to take decision for Surya Shakti 80 Trees, please anyone can tell me about Surya Shakti’s project, how is that?? Awaiting response from anyone!!
