What have you decided Balaji? In Kens residency looks like all good flats got over.

Yes Kranthi, all East and North facing with proper Vaastu got over. Last sat’day I visited them, found very few flats which are kind of ok. But what I really worried is, I got to know that they have severe water problem. In some apartment they give water only 4 hours a day ( supplied water).

So not sure the same problem is there in this locality.

I am planning to book one as I prefer this locality connectivity , could you please let me know what was the price they were asking ? Or if there is any other problem you had investigated apart from water problem ?

Any one has taken flats from Pavani or pavani group ?

Please provide me your feedback for them, as I am planning to book Pavani Sarovar from them.

But they are officially signing the documents through Anjani constructions, seems suspicious to me. Any suggestions please ?

Pavani Group-

I recently bought a flat in pavani palms. I think this is their second venture in Chennai and they also have ventures in Bangalore and Andhra. The price was reasonable and all the documents also seemed clear. Till now I don’t have any issues with them and I am happy with my experience
