Hi, I would like to know about is there any future prospectus for kithaganur near battarahalli area. Why there is NO big developers are coming seems only dxmaxworth type players are there. Is the nearby greenbelt is the problem.  It seems there is a st.jospeh syro church ,Assisi school and convent etc . Usually its observed that places where these type of christian establishment situated  areas will be calm, peaceful and good for residential purpose. any thoughts. @2012 it seems 950/sqf t now@2017 seems 2000+/sqft don’t seems any real appreciation for 5 yrs. or is it good for this type of places.Thank you so much.
