Pros: Brand name/Amenities are more/Construction quality will be good as per model flat

Cons: Location is remote and isolated, distance from Ring road is 6 km, no shops nearby

Kolte Patil Mirabils ->

Pros: Location near lake, nearby shops, distance from ring road is within 2 km

Cons: Amenities are less as compared to Purva, Construction quality is doubtful as new builder

Any views which one will be a better option to live with family in coming few years?
