Kr puram or mahadevpura

Hi,

we are looking for 3bhk …there are two option

gina shalom in kr puram ( 4 km from kr puram bridge) and shilpitha splendour annex in mahadevpura ( 300 meters from orr)… Which is a better option from : place, cost

gina shalom’s Location is good.Old Madras Road is a good  place for investment/living. Not sure about the builder’s quality of construction.

Shilpita  annex  is on ORR. Pretty good location. If you prefer to stay a bit away from the bangalore traffic , give preference to Gina.

Wats the current price for both these projects?

Shilpitha Splendour ANNEX is for 82 laks : 1789 sq ft..possession in 2014

Gina SHalom is 90 Lalks for 1800 sq ft…possession in 2015
