I am trying to find some information about the Krishvi Gavakshi villaments project located behind Cisco, outer ring road, marathahalli. How is the builder reputation? Currently, they are selling at around Rs. 4500 PSFT and the total figure of the ground duplex with garden is 1.25Cr. How do you see this price? It is around 2500 sq. ft. Please let me know what do you think about this project and what are the location benefits and disadvantages. –  Thanks , Herbert
