Do not buy any sites in Lake view garden. They are a big fraud people. You may end up loosing all your money. We have lost..That owner has built such a big house by cheating people. Do not go for it..

Also can we get ‘A’ Khata for individual site there after paying betterment charges? Has someone done this?

Builder is quoting 3,000/sft which is bit high for this area I think.

this is available for sale from last 2 years and rate they are quoting is 3000/- However, it is not good for constuction ASAP, as no one has constrtucted any houses and for any daily requirement you need to come to kalkere which is around 2 Km from there. From outer ring road it is 5 Km. One more feed back is, as the layout is next to lake there is a possibilty of dificulty in having a drainage issue going forward and little bit of smell is there as village people are using it as duskpin for the time being.

I am planning to purchase site in this locality, could you anyone let me know if there legal issues in this plotted community.
