Is there any idea about Lalithya Mansion near Hoodi circle?

Rates appear to be pretty reasonable (about 35-37 lakh for a 2 BHK – only 16 flats (4*4 floors)) but how exactly is the area?

Is there any development expected?

Although the property appears to be from AR builders, the AR builders site does not list this.
