I have invested in SSA,  went to site visit last week and found 3A block construction has started and is in full swing as of now. The project is approved by all leading banks including SBI, I have already taken loan from SBI and started paying the EMI as well. I am not acquainted with any legal issues, but Even if there were issues between builder and land owners regarding Land corresponding to 3A block, I believe they have resolved them as condtruction of 3A block has started and construction progress of other blovks is quite impressive. However, I urge you to get thorough legal check done if you decide to invest in SSA.
