No they are not. they will take your money and then you will keep chasing them. check how many projects they have completed in last  5 years. you will be surprised to know that they have barely completed 1 project.

There are many villa projects ready to occupy, you might want to try those. Do not assume that, as you pay for your unit, they will finish your unit and handover, it doesn’t work that way. They have to hand over all units together, like apartments. Also, villa projects has agreements completely in favor of builder, take one complete week to study agreement before signing the agreement.

Remember, for villas you might want to bargain harder, not like apartments.
