I would say avoid this builder at any cost. they have a very poor track record of delivery. as far as i know, they have completed just one project in last 6+ years. Their projects are delayed by years. for example, LGCL Luminair at Old Airport Road. It was launched in 2009/10. just 72 row houses (dont get fooled by their marketing guys who tell you its a villa project). its already been 5+ years but they have not completed it. its been almost ready for 2 years now.

When someone says “good project, must invest, contact me”…there is a closest possibility that he is a real estate agent.  Search their number in Google,
