Which is a good area in Bengaloru for end use that has decent infra developed and scope and plans for further improvement. Sarjapur, ORR, Hebbel, Ecity or is there some other place I can visit?
I am not from Bengalooru and evaluating existing options before I plan to visit.
I am looking for a 3 BHK. Would have preferred Metro line development in the area in near future? Also is the water issue throughout Bengalooru? Looking for schools, Hospitals, bank, college around the property and easy access to Whitefield for commutation to work?
Even though the prices are relatively high, is it a good time to buy? or is renting a home a better option. Pre Launch projects for end use or look for completed projects? Would prefer to move-in in 2016

I would suggest you to try Shapoorji pallonji Parkwest Phase 2 as the surrounding locations looks good and the amenities offered for the price looks good and its a good place to invest in West Bangalore Binneypet area.
