I am looking for a pre launch of any 3bhk around ORR, Sarjapur or Hosur road (around IT corridor). Can you help me with a good property with a budget upto 85 lakhs. Also this would be my first property of life,  so can you help with the payment break down. Currently I am not in India but looking for a house for personal use without any hurry of getting possession.
