We are looking for a ready to occupy or apts whch can be possessed by mid of next year.
2.5/ 3bhk, 35-42 lac
area preferred: varthur, yemlur, kundalahalli gate, itpl road, thubaralli or sarjapur road s’mwhere around wipro.
As you all seem to be quite experienced with localities and pricing structure, kindly tell me about good buiders, negotiable or not and pros n cons of that area/ project.
We are also thinking about sowparnika chandrakantha, but do not know how good is the locality or how it will turn out in couple of yrs.. please tel if there is any prospective for growth in that ares.

There is one nice project from partners of Adithya constructions ( Sankalp constructions) Project name is Cherry Blossom , all premium flats in 2.2 acres 140 flats without common wall….just 600 mts from Varthur gov school main road… 2 km from Forum value mall.. 6-7 km from Cicso and ITPL!!!! Project is in pre launch…. builder already started work and trying to create a signature project….just have a look friends….Amentities : Cricket pitch, lawn tennis, badminton, basket ball, pool, amphiteare, club house, STP, Solar water heater.. price 3000 rs sq ft!!!!
