I’m planning to buy an apartment in bangalore for living purposes. I’ve looked at a few projects such as..

Prestige ferns (comlpetion date too far)

Salarpuria Greenage (expensive)

Prestige Palms (too far)

What I want is some where around 10 km radius from koramangala etc. Builder could be B-grade too,

not a problem, but should be reputated. My budget is around 50-70 lacs. If you guys have anything

good in mind, please let me know.
