Hello, I am looking for 2BHK within the city coverage area of Bangalore. My preferred locations are Sarjapur, Marathalli, BTM, Koramangala, JP Nagar (1,2,34,5 phase). My budget would be between 30-40L which may get increased if the property is really good.

I see builder’s profile and reputation plays a major role in going ahead. I have gone through multiple site locations but couldn’t get a satisfactory response. Some of them have bad past association and non transparent  clauses, while other compromise on legality of the process. I’ll be happy if I can get some recommendations for the builders with whom I can go ahead.
