Assetz have recently launched a project near Yeshwantpur. The  Pre launch rate is 5700+50 floor rise, car park 7 lacs for two spaces,Club House 2.5 lacs. 2260 SBUA 3 BHK costs around 1.5 CR. This is near the Soap Factory and proximity to ISCKON , METRO and orion Mall.The locaiton seems to be good.  Would  like  to seek views on this project, Location, Asstez – quality of cosntruction, and is the pricing looks excessive given the  efficiency – Carpet area/SBUA. Developer has not  shared much info on specs as of now.This  is supposedly a PREMIUM Project.The launch is likely during July at 6000+floor rise…
