I’m planning to buy a flat in LVS gardenia Phase 1 in Halehalli, Kithiganur, TC Palya. There’s a non existent Rajakalve at the back side of it. The builder has left ~9-12 m of space from the virtual drain and has amenities in that portion. Is it safe to buy? The project is pre approved by SBI
