I am writing this review because I genuinely feel that it is important that one must always give his or her unbiased feedback so that people may have a fair understanding. With so many reviews available at just a click away it becomes difficult to decide which one to believe and which one to discard. Well I have been living in one of their projects for the past 6 months First of all I got the possession of my flat a little later than promised and their few issues. But what came as a satisfying to me was that when I mentioned this to the builder, they immediately took it into notice and worked upon it. I didn’t have to go behind them; they handled the whole situation very professionally. I was put in touch with one of their person who helped me through all my queries.

Hi i live in the same locality and i have physically seen the project location.

Its a good location considering that its on the Brookefield main road and it has layouts on three of its sides where possibility of high rise construction is rare.

Wondering if the pre launch price of 5750 all inclusive (except reg charges and statuatoru charges) is a good price or how much should i negotiate?

Guys, I am an existing customer of this builder and they are the worst in the business. Do not be fooled by seeing the colorful brochures and banners that they use to attract the customers. Go and speak to already existing customers of this builder in AECS layout, BEML layout, Varthur etc,,You will know the pains the buyers had undergone  with this builder.

They have deviation in most of the projects and treat buyers like beggers. You can also see the below link where one of the buyers raised a case against this builder few years back. Worst quality in construction, worst management, not having professional attitude towards buyers, concerns not addressed properly, etc

Do not invest your hard earned money with these kind of predators in construction business. Finally, you will end up spitting on these builder and you will definitely regret like most of the customers including me who are having bad times with this builder.

Hi guys i am existing customer of CMRS , and i have booked one of the flat in aecs layout, i am happy with there immediate response to the customer queries, they are very professional , even though i got my possession of the flat little later as they promised but i am satisfied with the property

Ya.. I saw it.. But i felt, its not worth to put that much for Flat.

So i took flat in Varthur, near Lake. I got it for resonable price. Also contruction wise its very nice.

If we go with Brand, the price will be come more. That much price is not good for flats.
