Anyone aware about the new porject launch from Mana Projects – Candela near Decathalon Sports. Sales guy said it is around 1.5 Km from Decathalon. Pricing looks attractive at 34L for a 2BHK 1045 Sqft. 3BH 1409Sqft for 46L during pre launch. Please suggest good project under 45 Lakhs.

People who have already bought an apartment can you all plz share some info like is it worth buying and are all the papers clear.
Marketing guys are saying an proposed wipro campus is coming up nearby is it true?..
